Use of mild cleanser with warm water help in cleansing. Hard soap should be avoided. Avoid scrubbing skin hardly with scrubber or other material. Use of gentle scrub is preferable and will be beneficial for avoiding acne development .
Minimum Use Of Makeup :
During breakout avoid wearing any make up or foundation. If you do wear any makeup try to remove it at the end of the day. Choose makeup with noncomedogenic on the written on the product. These do not make skin prone to acne.
Take Care Of You Hair:
Watch for the products used for hair such as hair oil, gel, fragrant. If they get to your face, they can block skin pore and make skin more prone to acne. Use gentle shampoo and conditioner
